We welcome all potential clients to come and meet us. This gives you the chance to get to know what we’re all about and tell us more about the type of event you’re planning.
We love helping our clients create something truly special on their big day, offering tips, tricks and golden nuggets we’ve picked up along the way. That’s why we’re providing a series of behind the scenes secrets to give you a better insight into how you can use our services to make your wedding EPIC…starting with some of the things we’d like all our clients to know.
You’re Buying a Person, Not a Product
We always say to our clients – “don’t just email us for a price list”. Putting together the best options for you isn’t like picking items off a shopping list, and neither would we want it to be. Choosing the right people to work with at your wedding (especially those who are going to help define how you and your guests feel on the night) is about building trust and rapport. This is so they can help make your day as personalised as possible. It’s only through speaking to our team that you’ll form a good idea about what it’s like to work with us – you’re investing in a person, not a product. This makes it easier to put together a bespoke package for your needs.
And we don’t just work with quintessential brides and grooms either. One of the best parts about our job is working with so many different people, whatever religion, nationality or sexuality they are. Just look at our Instagram page, and you’ll see there are no two pictures or events the same.

We’re Not Just a DJ
So many couples think a DJ is there to press play on a few songs, but we’re so much more than that. Your DJ represents your overall entertainment, providing a level of production which the entire night’s success can hinge on. When guests think back to your wedding, they may not remember the minute details, but they’ll remember a good or bad DJ and how they felt. Think of DJs as artists, painting a picture of your wedding for the history books. It’s an art form in which the dancefloor is the canvas, the music is the paint, and our decks are the palette. No two artists will create the same picture, and it’s the same with DJs and music. That’s why it’s important to get to know us to sense how we’re different from others you may be considering.
Use Your DJ to Their Full Potential
Our vast knowledge and experience at venues across Surrey, London and the South East means we have a treasure chest of ideas about how you can select the right package, ensuring you consider your guests and venue.
For example, photo booths are great for diverse age groups as sometimes it can make you less shy when you can have fun in an enclosed booth (and little ones can reach the screen!). Magic selfie mirrors are great for full-length shots, or for those who have a smaller venue where space is limited, a social media pod is a good solution and there’s no need for a host. It’s this type of insight which is invaluable to ensuring your guests have the best time.
We offer a full range of products and services, and our DJs can be used throughout the day, whether it’s for announcements, background music at your wedding breakfast or AV and production hire.
Selecting the Perfect Playlist
If possible, we’ll always set up at the venue as early as we can. Thanks to our experience, we often know the best set up for the room before we even reach the venue, from the positioning of the speakers to the perfect location for your dancefloor. A DJ set will typically last 4 to 4.5 hours (e.g. 7:30 pm until midnight) which is time for about 75 records. However, please don’t worry if your event is longer than this – we’ll work with you to determine the best times for your full set. To form your ideal music selection, we ask you to build your 5X wedding playlist for an incredible, personalised day and night.
